This position may also include assisting with moving luggage at the check-in counter. Baggage Supervisors must maintain a friendly and positive attitude and always be attentive to each passenger’s individual needs.Communicating effectively and clearly. Asking each passenger the safety and security questions   This hands on position is physically demanding and  requires on-the-job security training and the ability to receive all applicable airport security badges.   This position does require the ability to pass the first available Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) class, the ability and flexibility to work weekends, as well as this position is also physically demanding requiring the ability to stand/bend/move/stoop/lift various luggage weighing up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
